the reason the competition is for UK residents only is coz the prize to see Kelly live is in the UK, so if someone from the states or wherever won, they would have to pay for their own travel expenses over to the UK.

Plus Kelly's new album has just been relased over here, so it's a way for her to promote it in the UK, which she no longer needs to do in America
