The Original aerators are called "Hovi Mix" I think you can get resin casts of them... SO I might get a set they seem a little larger but more accurate then mine.
yea, i was wondering if you are planning on getting all your internal pieces into the helmet before you worry about adding the top piece. i guess the lenses should be put in beforehand... i remember seeing a photo of someone using what looked like 50 clothes pins to clamp the flat green lens to the face, which they cut out from a green face sheild... similar to a welders mask. i might have been from another star wars character costume. boba fett?

I tried making them the other day from a replacement Paintball Mask...
It very nearly worked, I really mean very nearly... but I buggered it up at the last moment... I am sure it will work I might try again another day...
what was the exact color of the spray paint?

Paint is the way to go on the frown.

The mics have bolts going through them and the through the helmet.

Trust you to notice the designer reference. Lol
The Helmet is a lot of hard work and its still not done.
The sound system will be redone soon I hope but most things with the Helmet once they are done they are done no redo allowed.
So I hope it will be finished by the end of next week when my new Flat lenses come in.
