Having lunch today with old neighborhood friends from the west side of Buffalo, this song and radio Station WNIA entered into our discussion. We all listened to this at Midnight every night. This was our coming of age song.
any cuts from an album titled "make mine maltby"??? I used to have a copy of it but somehow it got lost in the shuffle of moving....eithe that or Mom went sneaking around in the basement one night and lifted it (lol).....just curious. It was great album. TY
I used to listen to this song at midnight on Buffalo radio station WNIA a lot years ago. It was a favorite song of a wonderful girlfriend I dated as a teen. We listened to this song a lot together. I was searching for this song for years and finally found it on a British music website and thought of posting it on YouTube. It brings back many fond memories for me also.
WNIA was my favorite radio station. Absolutely beautiful !

Wow. Thanks so much! Not only was it a favorite, it also was the tune my Mom told me that when I heard, it was time to say goodnight to my boyfriend.
THANKS FOR THE MEMORY!

Takes me back 50 years to the " good old days", which was of coarse, when we were young.

I guess that makes three of us. I wonder how many others couldn't stop humming this and would love to find it now. Thanks for posting.
