The back two don't have melee abilities and the holy deathknight has a nasty attack when in melee range so no need to take extra damage for no reason. DPS is for damage tanks just hold the aggro.

Naxx is easy, that's kinda jaded in a way. Naxx is easy with an undergeared well oiled machine. Any guild that works together can down naxx in blues and greens. However my main is a 2.8k GS (wowheroes), 7k dps mage. That won't help at all in an unorganized pug. You have to follow the mechanics and understand the strategy. My advice, don't PUG Naxx.

i have done this fight with me( a priest) and another priest just bubble ourselves in the back and heal..then swap once we have3 marks...i is a very simple fight and should be one shotted if done correctly..lol

wow bad memories lol This was frustrating for me. My very first raid/naxx run and I was under-geared and had to tank Sid for this fight. We wiped 6 times, 2 or 3 times bc of me. We changed it up and almost had it but wiped bc of dumb shit, like dc's and whatnot. Then one person got pissy and left and the whole raid fell apart. It was pretty easy, basically I was a dumbass plus we had shitty luck. I hope you guys do better, it just takes some multitasking and situational awareness. GL with it.

REMEMBER!! Whoever is closest to Lady B. and Sir Z. will have aggro regardless of threat.

HUNTERS!! After Thane and Rivendare are down, it may be best to dismiss your pets.

WARLOCKS!! If you choose to use your demon pets, use your imp for their fire ball ranged ability. After its mana runs out, dismiss it.

ALL OTHER MELEE CLASSES, all you have to do is stand there and take the debuff stack. If you have any thrown or ranged abilities, you can use that. Dont stand too close or you die.

Everyone at number 1 would go to number 2, and everyone at number 2 would either go to number 3 or would just run away so they drop the debuff, then run back to number 2.

Its more a matter of personal preference. Pitbull has insane amounts of configurability but the configuration window is a pain to use. X-perl starts off with a nice configuration.

I personally used to use XPerl and then I tried Pitbull and didnt like it, but I decided to give it another shot, and it was worth it. Ive got it set up nicely now and I like it much better.

my guild does the same concept but we burn down thane hard on 10 and 25 sometimes we hit a 5 stack its risky but very effective and funny thing is ima fury warrior and i tanked him with deathwish and recklessness on to burn his ass it was great. I don't see a whole lot of point of moving the tank over to the other side when its just easier for the tanks to just taunt the opposite horseman and drag him back plus no dps loss from moving around so much. It's also simpler to execute. I know it says that's just how they do it, but still whats the point in doing that. Also incoming damage in the back I find heavier so stick a healer back there.

The Marks are what's killing my guild. In this video it looks like you're Marks continue to stack! Is that true or am I just reading the DBM wrong...

you wait till the debuff stacks to 3 then run to the other horseman, assuming your using his strat. The debuff shouldnt kill your raid if you dont let it stack over 3. My guild has tried stacking till 4-5 and we found it was just too much damage.

If you're looking at the top, that mark counter is for their enrage. After 100 total stacks (20 minutes), they hit a hard enrage which will wipe the raid.

Its what we call SCT or Scrolling Combat Text, go to curse, and type in SCT, download SCT, and SCTD! The style that hes using is HuD(heads up display) I highly reccomend ArcHud2! as well

i am having trouble on this boss, we had our dps split up and go with a tank each. we had a mage and a healer priest (a little undergeared) and a hunter go to the back but the healer would always die and wede wipe. plz help me XD

Each has to stay in range of the boss they are assgned to in the back. In this case the ret pally and boomkin were healing themselves. When they hit 3 marks they switched. Anybody in here tanking these guys should at least have heroic dungeon gear.

I did this and got my t7 chest and my 80 helm from it.Fairly easy fight. one thing I found hard is I used heroic throw instead of taunt and it didnt cause enough threat so our pally main tank had 2 on him so I had to run taunt I just keep using taunts untill he was close enough.after Baron and other guy (forgot his name) were down, the rest of the raid moved to the back and me and our pally mt switched between those as marks stacked.after all but one was down whole raid piled it.Fight complete.

i do blaumex und zelik together with an another warlock and the main healer. once you get the debuff rotation going its not that hard. just spam searing pain a couple of times and than you dot the boss und spam shadowbolt.

that's the way i do it.. so just my two cents ;)

Spesshul why are you using a huntard for hte back two? Huntards have like no hp regen spells/moves at all, and their pets can never tank. You need a class that is able to heal/tank on a single target for extended amount of time, i.e. lock, druid, pally, priest (Not sure but I imagine they could easily) (Yes any class that can heal themselves pretty much), even shaman. In the end you need a class that can take several beatings and keep going.

We did it tonight with hunter back left and a holy paladin back right :) Hunter did the back left as he is ranged - you need a ranged class to do it as the running distance is shorter then and the healer from front left can reach him to. We 9 mand it with 2 tanks, 3 healers and 4 dps :) easy :)))

why cant a hunter pet tank? go look up hunter pet's they got a howl talent tree on there pet's FOR tanking and they can heal there pets them self as the wil almost never run out of mana. to Genshikenkun btw

but as a warlock you have a talent called "demon armor" which increases your armor by 31% of you mana and healing spells are 20% more effectiv on you.

so i guess that makes the wl a better choice than a hunters pet

For Blaumeux using Shadow ward comes in very handy since void moved kind of slow while switching targets, I easily absorbed like 4+ of her shadowbolts.

I just did this fight successfully for the first time today, and I play a lvl 80 lock and my job was tanking/distracting/switching with a boomkin druid the two horsemen in the back. I first tanked Lady Blaumeux, as a lock this is very easy since all I did was use void and health funnel, and did the same thing when I switched with the boomkin to Sir Zeliek. Repeated the switching till the first two in the front were dead, the boomkin died so I tanked with void Sir Zeliek until Lady Blaumeux died.

Coz you say your doing one of the corners without a dedicated healer but, well how? Or do the horsemen not attack until you start?

my guild do this with two healers me a resto shaman and a priest/pala healer. how we do it is that the priest or pala goes to the back with a dps. then we have the rest 7 ppl on one side and the oftank on the other side with my earth shield. im on the side were the dude that does the aoe dmg to heal it up then when oftank is abit low im gonna run over there heal him up fast with cd's and refresh he's earth shield then run back and heal/help dps.
