To be honest, I kind like to compare Klose with Muller. Klose is nearing Muller's goalscoring record for Germany right now, and they have so much in similarity.

Both players aren't the players with incredible strength, or incredible pace, or fancy skills or anything like that. These are the very rare strikers that are the TRUE definition of a DEADLY striker. You leave them unmarked and they will score a goal. Klose's and Muller's positioning are wonderful as well as their heading.

Without Klose's incredible strength and pace, he would not be able to outclass defenders the way he did. There is no fancy skills required in Football, to be effective is all that matters. Klose is the definition of an efficient and effective striker.

I would really love to see him in WC 2014, but im afraid it will be tough, not only he will be 36 at that time, he will also have to be totally in shape to outcclass/match the younger talent (Muller will take 1 striker spot no matter what, 110%) but then you have those young promising strikers like Gotze and Schurle, and of course, Mario Gomez is young as well, by 2014 he will reach his peak as a football player, it will be tough, but i will honor him forever if he does make it to 2014.
