  • you ddint do the diet? you die pretty good results considering u didnt do the diet which basically makes results better AND gives the necessary energy to do this. I hope my results are as good as this.. though i believe im only 10-20 pounds overweight

  • It is sooo much harder for me in round 2, it's tough to see results. U really have to be on ur T's and Q's. I took three wks in between.

  • @souljagurlsha Remember; The more fit you become, the more intense your workouts needs to be. Try upping your weights and adding ( or holding ) weights during an exercise that may be lacking them.

    And yes, diet makes for a HUGE difference. Especially during a program like P90X.

    i had trouble with the p90x diet also,i pigged out on high carb fatty foods sometimes and felt guilty when i did.

    anyway keep pushing play

  • Thanks,I'm still not doing the diet but i'm still pushing play. i don't feel guilty either.i figure i bust my butt 6days a week i'm gonna eat what i like just not as much as i use too. take care..
