you have to know the difference between ur chest and head voice.

well, do u know the difference? ur chest voice is ur deep voice. ur head is ur higher voice. say meow meow to know what ur head voice is. try doing the Cagen Yell. in ur lower register *chest voice* say AH. and with ur head voice, say ee. do it fast with like no breaks. like its not smooth. u just change. lo9ok up Yodeling with Bonnie. thats how i got it. hope that helps a little!

if your voice won't break, try screaming (not yelling, screaming) at a low register (aka. a low pitched scream). This will most likely cause your voice to break.

Another way is practice singing in a lower register and then a higher register. Practice and go back and forth between the two faster and faster until pretty soon your voice is breaking! Good luck!

Maybe you only sing in your upper register, if you are a woman that occasionally happens, try singing as low as possible or talk to someone that teaches voice for singing, although they will probably frown on the fact that you are trying to yodel. I'm just saying that because my wife teaches voice and she looks at me with a bit of disdain when I yodel :) but really a short conversation with a voice instructor could make all the difference
