- um actually the only way you can tell it's him is if he doesn't harass you for candy && if one of your neighbors catches you they give you a pumpkin head , right after that happens , take off the head && keep it in your pockets . then if one of your neighbors catches you , just say 'here you go' && give them the pumpkin head . then they will give you another one . so if you keep getting caught , just do this repeatedly && you won't lose any candy(; hope it helpedd !

But here's a tip: go to everyone on Halloween and get a jack-in-the-box, then find the real Jack. When you get your Halloween furni and all the jack-in-the-boxes, sell it ALL to Tom Nook. I think jack-in-the-boxes go for about 1,000 Bells each! :)

2) put all your items in your storage and wear a design as a shirt talk to a neigbor and dont give them candy they will turn your head into a pumpkin now pick up shells and fruit and forged paintings and garbage and all the other stuff you dont mind losing talk to a neigbor dont give them candy they will turn one of your items into a jack in the box walk away untill they are off screen and repeat untill all your items are jack in the boxes now sell them at nooks for 1000 each

here are two much better ways:

1) wear a costume ( bunny hood and fluffy shirt, melon hat and melon shirt etc) and on halloween go to peoples houses who are inside and talk to them they will give you candy leave their house and go back in they have the memory of a goldfish and give you candy again repeat this to get loads find jack with all your candy give him them and sell the furniture (he gives a random one each time and can give you the same one) so now your rich!

slowly walk by them and if they turn to you and follow you then its not jack. this way to never lose candy to other villagers. me and my friends over wi-fi trapped everybody that wasnt jack so jack was the only one of his kind walking around. made it easy. we did this by allowing them to chase us to a certain spot and making one big area sorrounded by holes to put them into. once they were in there it made the process ALOT faster for us. but it kinda took forever too. =/

In short, all I'm saying is that if you don't have a lot of candy, then do Jack. If you have a lot of candy and a lot of each color, then do Festivale. The time it takes for me to do Bunny Day 3 or 4 times is equal to the amount of time it takes for me to find Jack 7 times, so...

With my average of 12 pieces of candy per Easter x 3 or 4 Easters = Anywhere from 36-48 pieces of candy.

Now, 36-48 divided by 3 = 12-16 pieces of furniture. also, Pave's sells for about the same as Jack's.

This is a good way to use the candy, but I would have to say the Festivale is a much easier and less time-consuming way to get money for your candy (but only if you have a lot of each color). Since Pave asks for 3 of a kind of color of candy for 1 piece of furniture, it might not earn you much money since the color he asks for is completely random. If you do Bunny Day 3 or 4 times, then it would be better to do the Festivale. Maybe it's just me, but it takes WAY too long to find Jack 16 times.

Red turnips are a good way without time traveling. Just buy 12 of them, plant them together, water them everyday for six days and sell all of them for about 196,000 bells! I know it is harder but no weeds!
