Wireless control of lights & fans, outdoor floods that sound indoor chimes when anyone approaches, day or night. X10 has always responded well to the few problems I've had with orders or product performance, even sending free of charge a couple of items mistakenly omitted from my last order when I upgraded after placing it. [I'm a retired electrical engineer with no connection to X10 except as a customer.]
