i wish we had one of theese where i live....we need one bad....i do go to these kind of bootcamps over the summers but we loose all the tchniques threw the year...
hey two of my figure skating friends are in this video...the one who jumps at 1:09, and her younger sister - the shorter girl who's in front of her when they're running at 1:22. They skated with me during this summer and now at my club!!!! I have ab ootcamp like this at my club in Richmond Hill, Ontario and it really does work with muscle toning and helps a lot with figure skating.

I wish we had one in Orange County, California.. I need to build my muscles so I can jump higher and need to get a better spiral + balance :/
