  • you should get your meat from local farms trust me there way more healthier

  • @kashifbilgrami I agree completely and I actually started doing that for my beef and chicken. Plus it is a lot cheaper.

  • Love the vids. Pls clean your scale though... :o

  • @chally92 haha, thanks. I will be sure to tell my wife her cleaning is subpar...:)

  • @BDCorns Awesome. Glad you liked it. I will definitely have some more videos coming up soon....

  • hi i was wondering why you add the equal stuff?

  • @TheWorldOfJames I add equal to cut the heat of the chili sauce. It makes for a nice spicy sweet sauce with 0 calories.

  • I have watched a few of your videos and love your recipes! The only suggestion I would make is using a pump spray with canola oil/olive oil instead of pam... Keep it up!

  • @jkowalski3 Yeah good suggestion. I use that quite a bit however I like to add olive oil just to introduce good fat into my diet. Glad you like my videos!

  • I've noticed you using splenda or equal a lot. Have you ever tried using agave nectar? Maybe not in this particular recipe but in some of the other ones it might work pretty good. It's a healthy natural sweetener and low glycemic index. There's light and dark agave nectar the only difference is how much it has been filtered and the flavors are a little bit different you can try them both and see what you like more. I'm not really a fan of artificial sweeteners.
