@weirdkorean Awesome! I am truly glad that you enjoy my channel. Keep watching for new meals, ideas and fitness tips in the future. If you need any help with the p90x program, you can reach me here or through my blog..I would love to help you.
I have watched a few of your videos and love your recipes! The only suggestion I would make is using a pump spray with canola oil/olive oil instead of pam... Keep it up!
@jkowalski3 Yeah good suggestion. I use that quite a bit however I like to add olive oil just to introduce good fat into my diet. Glad you like my videos!
I've noticed you using splenda or equal a lot. Have you ever tried using agave nectar? Maybe not in this particular recipe but in some of the other ones it might work pretty good. It's a healthy natural sweetener and low glycemic index. There's light and dark agave nectar the only difference is how much it has been filtered and the flavors are a little bit different you can try them both and see what you like more. I'm not really a fan of artificial sweeteners.
Awesome....

@kashifbilgrami I agree completely and I actually started doing that for my beef and chicken. Plus it is a lot cheaper.

hi i was wondering why you add the equal stuff?
TheWorldOfJames 1 year ago
@TheWorldOfJames I add equal to cut the heat of the chili sauce. It makes for a nice spicy sweet sauce with 0 calories.
