@DrRonPaul2012 I don't think this has anything to do with assassination policy. It simply says that US citizenship does not provide immunity to perceived threats abroad. There are enough cases of US arabs going to Afghanistan or Iraq to wage war against the US to warrant it. So this story is typically misleading by suggesting Obama plans to assasinate people now when he didnt before. The US and Israel have a long and illustrious history of assasination and this isn't affected.

@mystic81006 For this specific case, it's not like they made a list of good "family" men. The CIA has a "hit list" that is--at least presumably--made up of threats to the United States. The man they are referring to has preached words that the CIA has deemed "bad". He may or may not be involved in other stuff on the side. The point the judge is making is that the CIA could then technically label anyone a suspected terrorist and take them out even if they are an American citizen on US soil.
