granted this is crazy ass difficult to play. But u manage to play it. I think the arguement for best drummer lies not in what they CAN drum, but what they manage to create in their drumming. It is all about what he chooses to play.' And in any band anywhere it is my opinion Danny Carey plays the drums the way they should be played. Not just to drive the song but to compliment the other instruments using the tonality, substance and power drums bring to a song. And he is the best at it

In some of your covers, I have no idea how you get your hands to move that fast, I cant even see them sometimes. @angrygoldfish : you can't play frederik thordendal's solos or riffs on any other death metal band drum tracks, neither Fripp or Belew on... I don't know, pretty much anything. Guitar and drums are instruments with different possibilities, the fact that you can play Trivium over Avenged sevenfold just means that both bands are very similar in song structure and meter.

Danny always does such a great job of capturing the mood of the lyrics Maynard writes, providing aggression at points necessary and showing a progression, like growing, that this song symbolizes for me.
