  • OHh YEAH!! THATS WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT SHOWDOWN!!!!!

  • Another under appreciated African American group....!

  • I DON'T CARE IF IT'S THE SHOWDOWN FROM 78 OR THE ONE FROM THE 2000'S IF THE ISLEY'S R SINGING IT, I LOVE IT....BELIEVE THAT BABY!!!!

  • The bass breakdown f**** me up everytime!

  • @cqord37 Heck Yeah. This was the first albumn I ever bought back in 77. It cost around $8.00, that would be almost $30.00 in today's money. Every song was good. Still jam "Coolin' me out" from this album. Do you remember the R&B charts lists that the recored stores used to have? Where can we find those?

  • R.I.P. Marvin on the fonky bass!

  • Isley Brothers,Earth,Wind and Fire,Brothers Johnson,Stylistics,Confunkshun,

just a few of the bands. If some of these hip hop singers, who track most of

their music sampling, take notes these guys been around for a long time, not

just one hit wonders, but a new album every year and fresh beats, with plenty

of talent, vocals, harmony, chorus, and non stop music when they toured for

concerts. Tell me what hip hop group can do that most are in for the high

    price money and EGOS.

  • Ahhhh hell 2 the naw ya'll

  • Maaaan, They meant "Bid-ness" from the time they counted this mug OFF!!!!!

  • my driving song for when shit's goin down...

  • Love the bass groove.....genius

  • The days of my youth!!!!

  • Classic Jam...bottom heavy funk....love it!

  • Much better than the one w/R. Kelly.
