I like how Radical made the game's default storyline only scratch the surface. You really need to delve into Web of Intrigue to get a feel of how crazy the story is. Once you do that, it's insane. The bad part is, a lot of people don't do that.

@scarydance3 I think he meant as in outside of the orders from Command, sure, within the realm of research hes assigned to but not outside of his orders. So if it pertains to the virus he can be creative and intrigued as he wants, but if he tries to think outside of his orders and questions them then bad things happen.

Do what I did, start at the northernmost point of the island. Go down to the next street, and go down each street east-west or west-east (it doesnt matter which). You should find the nodes if you go all the way down to the southern part of the island covering each street.

I catched all the Po... nah Targets, if you are serching for military guy's you just need to enter the bases the other guys are somwhere in the City just take a walk around, when you come neer to one a orange head apears at the mini map, you can returne to that place a veaw times and each time there will be another target. Also you get the military guys when you're making the misions of the military where you need to enter a base or to eat a given number of persons in a given time...

When do Segment 5 unlock? Iv done all the WOI targets up to segment 4. And then did the mission "lure some doc to the site", but still cannot find any WOI targets tho i got 3 links to Seg 5 from 4 (chua, hull and washington). =/
