  • she is sexy!

  • Uh... it's a fucking table. And that's probably why one can assume she doesn't have a boyfriend.

  • @bixbycro lmao

  • @bixbycro lmao

  • We were in Hawaii and everyday practically, something of mine would go missing. The conceierge didn't question it at all and gave us free parking, etc. but it really got to me that they knew and yet didn't fire whoever it was! humph

  • hurts a little. But ehh....Nothing two beers and a pillow wont fix.

  • Hang on didn't the owner just say that it was put on the truck and then the Eric guy said he didn't?

  • Too bad it wasn't a JJ case , she would've whipped the floor with smiling Douche-Daniiiiiiel...

  • As soon as he said "I think it was either him or me, that said it needed to be wrapped up, and we put it on the sidewalk and than we don't know what happened."

......Okay well one, you should be fired. Two, you're a moving company, so your job is to regulate peoples stuff so it doesn't go missing, if you can't even handle 300 items...you're a fuckhead and your moving company sucks.

  • im so so so in love with judge milian jesus is she gorgeous

  • Crooks

  • she expressed anger but generally told the truth. he showed contempt throughout the session and look at 6.21 he mimics grey suit's words as if already rehearsed.

  • they stole it. its pretty fucking obvious

  • i dunno why... but i have this impression that the guy in the grey suit is lying his butt off...

  • They stole the table duh! also they can price the stolen table to get back what they are ordered to pay and then some. so they don't care. I would go to every store in town looking and when I found the table I would figure out how and who and then since they like it so much I would beat them with the table....... or not lol

  • The judge should of said to the defendant that if he does not tell what happened to the table she would say the name of the company.....that would of been a show.

  • @daniel151994 heh yeah, that'd be pretty good punishment.

  • How about this.. dont waste money by getting strangers to move your shit.

  • SKANKS!...period.

  • We loaded off the truck....umm....how about "We unloaded the truck"

  • i would be furious. if i made something and loved it i would want to cut throats

  • Yo. Anybody wanna buy a coffee table?

  • The movers stole 2 big boxes of VHS & DVDs when we moved to another country.... :(

  • @DONOTCLlCKME With the smug look on his face at hearing $300, I am betting he sold this for about a thousand or more.

  • There are movers that steal with the blessing of their company. I moved internationally, and had some of my things put in storage. I had thousands of dollers of stuff stolen and damaged.I met another woman in a corporate move too, who also had the same company, move her in the same situation. We were from 2 states on other sides of the country, only thing we had in common was the same movers. She had exactly the same thing happen to her. With the number of claims the company has to know about this.

  • Erik the mover looks like the cafeteria lady at my high school.

  • this case is FAR too obvious.

  • I agree with another person, the table was UGLY. And the plaintiff looks like a typical spoiled BITCH.

  • The plaintiff looks like an absolute BITCH. I'm glad she only got $350.

  • @tmattrope why do people judge others purely based on looks? anyone ever hear the phrase "looks can be deceiving"?

  • @strangedaysfan amen. 90% of the comments in a case where the P or D is larger, older or not so good looking are ALLL about how bad they look. It's pretty disgusting.

  • @keysaysassah totally. all anyone cares about anymore is quantity, to say the least.

  • There should be a big penalty for this case.

  • maybe some one will SEE the table one day and report it because of this show being here.

that said , c mon they have a moving company and antiques shop ?

also, what about this $70 tip she didnt get reimbursed for?

i bet they got more than 350 for it in a shop tho.

ridiculous how one can trust nobody today

  • 100% believe they stole the table and the owner isn't pissed because he made a fortune off of selling it.

  • that defendant needs an ass whoopin.. BIG TIME!!

  • Being in the military I've moved many times and shit has come up missing. But usually you don't notice it until all the boxes are unpacked weeks later. These pricks out-right stole her table.

  • She was right, and so cute!!

  • That's one ugly table.

  • plaintiff = pretty

  • I would not be satisfied!!!

  • @ruz7951

Same... I would be so mad. You can't put a price on creativity.

  • She was so cute. Bastards straight up stole her shit

  • I must be a weird bitch too, PuppyXz, because I would totally cry over that table. It RULED and I wish it were mine.

  • weird bitch, who cries over a table?

  • Where is it?

  • This asshole will sell this table for 2000$....

  • Poor girl. I'm glad that she's satisfied with the ruling but I wouldn't be if I knew the movers stole it.

  • I wanna fix his tie!

  • Dirty thieves!!!

  • i woudve of punched the movers in the face

  • Damn i would be pissed! Deff a valuable item. That's why i would rather just rent a truck and move all my stuff on my own with help from my brothers of course lol

  • On the freakin' sidewalk? That's jacked up.

  • @ girlsindahouse - I agree. They totally kept that and sold it. And for considerably more than $350. That's why the Defendant has that smile on his face in the hallway.

  • Does anybody notice that it seems suspicious that it took the movers 1/2 an hour to drive 6 blocks?

  • @Locomotive450 i'm not sure you heard it good. at 6 oclock they closed the van, at 6:35 they arrived

  • They stole it. Otherwise the boss would be furious with the worker.

  • I think the judgement was UNFAIR she should have had at least 800 dollars. Now the cheaters just walk down to the corner and celebrate with a beer.

  • @globe255 I agree... if that was, indeed, a genuine letterpress tray (which still had most all of the actual letter presses, too), it would have sold in an antiques store potentially for a lot more than $350.

  • if the so called antique table is worth 1500 then its not that old, not "extremely" rare if her table landed on antiques roadshow somebody whould probably tell her its not an authentique antique but a copy made in 20th century lol

  • She needs a more professional hair style for a woman her age.

  • @Blade10201 i think it looks good

  • @Blade10201 Huh? The plaintiff? What's wrong with her hair?

  • the mover has something wrong with him, he kept flinching when he was getting yelled at. slimeball ppl.

  • oh....my....god... original trade gothic in 96 point?!?

I'm a designer and I know the value of that, call the FBI, this is insane.

  • @myRincon How much would it be worth?

  • Main Defendant looks a bit like Lee Harvey Oswald! x

  • The defendant has succeed to get away with stealing from a customer thats horrible. How can that be a fair judgement?

  • Two beers and a pillow?

  • A moving company that owns an antique and collectible store? Feh. Perfect cover for stolen property.

  • I don't know if anyone here remembers the horror movie "Chuckie", the first one, when the serial killer is being executed and his evil spirit goes in the doll. Anyway this was at the beginning of the movie and the defendant looks exactly like this guy ~ with his stringy long hair and beady eyes....Creepy as hell.

  • wow, can't sleep for nights because of a table...that;s not being distraught that;s just a greedy drama queen bitch trying to soak up all she can . . . glad the judge saw through that

  • @skaggsy greedy or not if they lost it they should still pay for it . the guy is two shady i bet he sold it like a bitch.

  • That was a great piece of furniture, I loved it. This lady was so stupid for saying it was worth $350 and try to sue for $700 in time and effort looking for it. You can never replace a one of a kind piece like that for $350. She should have asked for $3000, the judge might have given her $1500 - $2000.

  • They really didn't care. You know why? Cause they probably sold that table for 3 x that much, probably more. Whats 350 to him? Fucking crooks....

  • They sooooo stole the table!! Always, always watch removalists and never give them anything valuable.

  • @darepow agreed. she should have followed them to the drop off point.

  • The P's bone structure is perfect for modeling.

  • movers and airport workers..........big time thiefs!..................cannot take any thing in luggage with out someone opening them up and stealing things.......and NOW WAY TO PROVE IT!.

Movers steal things since the beginning of time..........my mothers collection of nail polishes and make -up stolen in the 1981.

  • I don't know what I hate more, the hall guy or Harvey Levin yakking to the morons on the sidewalk.

  • The expression on the defendant's face the minute she mentions the comment made about the table during the move says it all...GUILTY!

  • @LBLorAAO After seeing the guys face I can only say that you shouldn't be complimenting him like that.

  • Cassandra is cute.

  • The plaintiff is a crybaby. It was a cool table, but not that cool...

  • @LonerlovezL If you had a mover lose a 1500 dollar piece of furniture I bet you would be pissed as well.

  • she lost sleep over a $ 350 table??and she's wants $ 780 for research and time???

what is she an attorney? even attorneys don't charge $750.00 for research and time.

  • @habibi020202 Might I ask you when was the last time you hired a lawyer?

  • @ETericET It was probably back in the 20s.

  • @olstar18 Great reply !

  • P shouldn't get pain and suffering but I feel where she's coming from.

  • ive had movers who have stolen things, broken things, scratched things and were paid over $800. those bastards! so, i totally believe the defendant. movers play those dirty games. beware!!!

  • @platinumpinkice Thats why I go with family and a rented truck. If the stuff gets damaged there is no insurance to cover it but I know they won't steal it.

  • will she get over her self, ok have your money back if you've been done, but don't act like they lost your great-great grandmothers wedding band, or your beloved pet....

i think she needs a litter perspective personaly

  • @moonwitch1981 It was probably just as important to her as a wedding band or beloved pet, especially since it was so unique and she made it herself. I'd be distraught too. You're very obviously not a creative person.

  • @desertsonata sorry but you could not be more wrong about myself being a creative person, as I am a cake decorator, creative writer, card crafts, singer and photographer, So I think you've read me very very wrong...

  • @moonwitch1981 Creative writing, singing, and photography really don't make sense in this situation. The only one I could kind of see is being a cake decorator since you're making something with your hands, but at the same time, you're used to giving things away. She made this herself and it was her pride and joy that she kept in her house and used. And not to mention a good friend of hers gave her the really unique top. But I do agree, I was wrong about you not being a creative person.

  • while I agree that the plaintiff deserves money for the table - sick of greedy people like her - 780 bucks for time and research? Many nights of lost sleep? Distraught, okay, but let's get over this greed garbage - glad the judge gave her nothing more than what the table was worth . . .hate to see how distraught she'd get over a lost pet . . .

  • The Defendant is so-o-o-o smug!!!!!! How does he think he can just walk off after losing an item he was contracted to move? The sad part is, if his movers did steal the coffee table, he likely sold it for much more than the $350. he had to pay to the Plaintiff.

  • really is a fugly desk.

  • She look's so cute at 9:14

  • Somebody stole that table. That's two people with vile taste

  • I guess I need better english skills to talk about this case. I dnot have energy to analyze what english was there spoken :)

  • Why did you steal that table, Adam Yauch? You should be fighting for our right to party.

  • @popartpistol lol...does look like him.

  • The lady looks like Laurie Metcalf from Rosanne, (Sister Jackie).

  • @kachinababe yes but better looking and less butchy.

  • She didn't sleep a lot of nights? Get over it. It's just a table.

  • i feel bad for her GOSHHHH her hair is cute tho tehee

  • This does NOT settle with me, the Plantiff is really off, but I believe the Defendants employees could have been thieves and he would'nt have cared. This is a weird one where the Plantiff seems genuine but, the circumstances are to shadowed to be sure :(

  • What an ass the defandant is - not even sorry for the inconvenience he caused the lady. But JM had a point, when I moved, anything valuable moved with ME not the movers (and I moved from NY to TX).

  • @curliefro

    Hey,

I moved from NY to TX as well and we hired the WORST movers. JUST about ALL of our possessions arrived to us damaged. Lesson learned.

  • @kalmanizer Oy, I weep for you. Hopefully you will heed this for the next move you make. Sorry :(

  • the P is so damn weird....does she have a problem making eye contact? Shes looking everywhere but at JM....weird

  • what doofus's!!!!! They are laughing and immature..

  • That is seriously the fugliest table I've ever seen.

  • The expression on the face of the defendant makes me want to smack him. ugh.

  • They're thieves. They stole the table.

  • @bagladey "Vintage antiques" isn't that redundant? Aren't all antiques, by definition, "vintage?"

  • @TheSkylur44 I would have to say yes and no. Things from the 60s and 70s are vintage, not antiques. They should've been able to say the company's name to warn anyone from hiring them. That's just bull shit.

  • @irvingklaw57 Yes, I agree, and they also did that with a case involving a shady seamstress that the plaintiff got out of craigslist, whic is always a case of caveat emptor but this seamstress was a nightmare from hell; obnoxious and arrogant and of course, totally wrong and lost, but they shoud, IMO, always put the name of the defendants and the businesses up for all to see.

  • the narrator get on my nerves

  • @unchiprince Me too, he's so over the top. VERY annoying.

  • the narrator is a douchebag

  • "You asked not to use your last name, and we will respect that for $1500."

Hey, if YOU didn't think it sounded like that....;)

  • @Comixbear1 That's what I thought too.

  • @Comixbear1 LOL youre right, I thought so too, it sounded so funny.

  • @Comixbear1 exactly what i thought
