Honestly I have to agree with Simon in this case. I'm 100% supportive of the way she's representing mom's and overweight woman everywhere, truly. But plain and simple, the show is about talent, which she simply doesn't have. I don't believe her weight has anything to do with it, if she was an amazing singer, or even a better dancer, there would be no issue. Still a great lady!

I agreed with Piers that her dancing was ordinary, yet her style and choice of music was great. I don't agree with Simon's woo factor falling under having big breasts and a skinny body. It's wierd what society can do to people.

in all honesty almost every first person on the street can dance like she does. So there's nothing special about that, but her being overweight and dancing that's a bit special. Anyway, a very good way of promoting the idea that overweight people are just as beautiful and attractive as normal-size people. So all the power to the fatties, I dislike anorexia and skinniness!!!

Part of her act is that she's not even remotely attractive by normal standards, and performing a "I'm a sexy slim woman, pay attention men!" song. It's a bit like a drag act in that regard.

But it didn't work, because all she really showed as that the slim dancers can do it a hell of a lot better than she can.

Theres a difference between making fun of someone because they are big and because her talnet isnt as good as others. My dance teacher, seda aybay is truly amazing. she dances all styles and is a choreographer. Look her up. I don't know if she has any of her vids posted, but I would check, because she is a truly AMAZING dancer.
