Franklin's son said that Oscer, Jamie and Rudy were responsible for what happen to DR. Franklin but he never mentioned Steve who all so was responsible. By the time this episode came out the Bionic Woman was moved to another network. Still they could have mentioned Steve, by having Franklin's son say he would take care of Steve later.
