when my mama use to whip me as a kid she use to say I only do this b/c I love you and so the police won't have to. As a kid i didn't understand. part of the fault is the parents for not teaching her child to respect authority. he was clearly driving around on patrol and found her out breaking curfew. he probably had the audio turned off because there was no need for it if he's just cruising around. then, when the incident occurred, he turned it on to get it all on camera to protect himself if she alleged something against him. it's what cops do to protect themselves from low lives who want to break the law and then lie to get away with it.

when my mama use to whip me as a kid she use to say I only do this b/c I love you and so the police won't have to. As a kid i didn't understand. Its in our nature to be rebellious and if we don't learn to obey authority as a kid, then as an adult we'll rebel also. Given she's only 15years old, but she should have learned by now to obey authority. After she's taken downtown, parents come to get her, then if she wants to fight, sue, press chargers, etc...is how you handle that.

part of the fault is the parents for not teaching her child to respect authority. Just as I notice weak parents who let their kids run over them; soon as they give their child a command and the child rebels, then they give the kid an alternative or just let the kid get away with not obeying. he was clearly driving around on patrol and found her out breaking curfew. he probably had the audio turned off because there was no need for it if he's just cruising around. then, when the incident occurred, he turned it on to get it all on camera to protect himself if she alleged something against him. it's what cops do to protect themselves from low lives who want to break the law and then lie to get away with it.
