As I said, Schindler elevators and escalators are fairly rare in New Mexico as they don't have any in-state offices. Looking through the videos on this site, it seems that B&N has a contract with Schindler.
The only other significant Schindler customer here in NM is Cottonwood Mall, where they were ordered from Phoenix, Arizona. KONE actually does the maintenance on all of the elevators at Cottonwood Mall; I am not sure about Coronado Center.
Nice escalator, and it's interesting how this is a Schindler escalator in New Mexico.
