Fasting can be a serious problem for insulin dependant Diabetics...which didn't seem to be a problem in bibblicle times, because diabetes wasn't understood back then. A diabetic that restrains from food then carries out a days work on top, runs the risk of being rushed to the hospital....any answers to that?
