Thanks for the tips, but I noticed that sometimes the air punch misses, so really fastly after you land, hit him in the back with an uppercut, then quickly jump over shao kahn fastly repating this proces until hes dead.

If you find yourself at mid/far range you can try freezing him with iceballs but be very aware of throwing hammers since those are unblockable and will leave you unconscious for a while.

Lastly, DEFEND WHEN NEEDED, but mostly jumping over him will make Kahn miss most attacks.

So you mean to go behind him to freeze him

@thomascovington1000 the essence of the tactic is to time a jump over him so as you hit him in the air as you land, then continue a combo on the ground. With sub, a freeze would be part of this.

@XBUNNY740X Hi, my strategy is basically, “jump over him and punch him in the teeth – rinse – repeat” LOL. I think with Raiden there’s another type of cheese u can do – think you jump back to the edge of the screen and wait till he throws something, then teleport and punch him in the teeth that way?! Think there’s vids on YT showing this…you could use both strategies depending on your position on-screen. Tho I see you've already battered him, so nice one! ;0)

I seem to have a glitchy copy, because my Shao Kahn is obsessed with his hammer. He gets to a point where he hits me, and I wait for Subby to get it together and he does it again, and I wait, and he does it again as soon as I come to, and I wait... No joke he spammed that ham so bad it looked like a Christmas dinner center piece :O

@silentairsofter First of all son, get some manners. Secondly, the vid is MEANT to be basic, so that the tactics/moves can be easily understood and applied by all. The vid is also to show that with the right strategy he can be beaten with some simple tactics/moves (and even with some mistakes) - no heroics needed. The vid does exactly what the title/description says, if you want some combo exhibitions, there's plenty vids on YT for you, this is not one of them.

@Anime21772 There's one with Scorpion on my channel. The tactics in the sub/scorpion vids can work with any character. All you have to do is go to the Practice room and work out which of your particular character's basic combos do the most damage and use that combo against Shao Kahn... =0)
