...well since "Khmer" would like to share us a comment, i will enlighten you that

the corrupted judge is not acceptaqble in Thailand. Before the day in court, Mr. Thaksin attemped to blind the judge with 2 million Thai Bath packed in biscutte bag. Obviously that the judge did not accept the offering, and the Thaksin's lawyers still in the jail (all of them). This is the fact, and please note that Thais will hunt down this fugetive .
