You should also mention Gaurdasil for BOTH men and women (because even though we guys aren't really at risk, it'll prevent transfer of HPV to our partners. Vermont residents are lucky to have some state subsidies set aside for male vaccination I believe).

While Gaurdasil isn't absolute protection from all HPVs, it'll protect from the vast majority of the harmful types. No HPV = no cervical cancer! I doubt that there are any easier ways to protect yourself from cancer. (:
