A girl I knew passed last month at age 16 in a horrible biking accident- she was hit by a car. Since the reports were mixed, I can only hope that she fell unconscious just as she was struck.
On the last day we shared, she requested that I play a cover of our favorite band for her on the piano. Though it feels so far away, I clearly remember the last instant I saw her descending the stairs into the subway station after school.
Amazing. The technical skill you have is one thing but to be able to put such emotion into this pieces is another thing. I could listen to them all day long :)

I lost a friend because of a big wrong judgment she had on me. I love my friend, but I'm scared. I don't want to get hurt, so I somehow broke my communication and interaction with her. She said, "I hope one day when you're ready, we can be friends [again]." I don't believe in that. Drifting Grace. I think that title would suit it because the melody takes a form of beauty and enjoyment that shifts around all over the emotions of an individual. A beautiful piece indeed! I love it!
