well mobius you really gotta think now this begs the question what is the vic viper cuz it has tensile steel construction but with a metatron power source and metatron based weapons so what is it LEV or OF :D

V. Viper is actually a LEV :o A high mobility transformable LEV (Laborious Extra-orbital Vehicle)

I've yet to see anything about Metatron in any of the Vic Vipers power source or weapons, but I'd still refrain from considering it an OF until metatron becomes it's main source of construction. Remember that the material was responsible for pretty much all the high technology in OFs. I'd still consider it a LEV.

yeah and people always have made fun of the 'cock'pits of the o.f.s. lol thats just what makes it stand out from the rest baby! but i really did enjoy both games, the ova (alot), and the series itself. so who cares if its a clone or not, i am! lol

i really got confused on that idolo anime but after playing the first game it made me realized that its connected and so on, oh and yea the O.F. cockpit was kinda funny hehe it really STAND out

"cock"pit lol. According to Yoji Shinkawa, the mechanical designer, it was based on the idea of placing the pilot in the center of mass. Only OF that isn't like that is the Inhert in ZOE: 2nd Runner, but it's not clarified on whether it's technically an OF or an LEV. It's cockpit was in the head, and also there is no mention of it having metatron in it's construction, but it might. It had a "gel" armour of sorts though.
