@mrrockyrooster, Monckton works for the right wing "think tank" scienceAndPublicPolicy(DOT)org as the #2 man, with the title "Chief Policy Adviser". The only email address advertised is here scienceandpublicpolicy(DOT)org/contact.html which implies cmonckton@sppinstitute(DOT)org
