I'm going to assume that the Chinese occupiers had planned from the start to use captured American equipment for occupation duty in order to lessen the strain on their logistic infrastructure. Maybe this is how the writers are going to reconcile using Humvees and Abrams as Chinese equipment, maybe not. But it allows me to suspend reality a little and accept this aspect of the film.

@KingKenny04 I was thinking the same thing ... or hoping the same thing, cuz its bothering me, I'm hoping they will explain, that it was a chinese tactical decision to use as much captured heavy equipment as possible because up the logistics of bringing in there own or maybe because they could not bring in there own do to blockades.
