Depends. Dog had the upper hand because it caught the combine advisor in surprise. If dog caught the advisor in surprise then Dog would've won. Though if it was met head on with no surprises. Dog would lose because of the advisors telekinesis.

there isnt going to be a hl3, episode 1 2 n 3 are halflife 3 split up into three parts. 2004 half life 2 was made, it took them 6 yrs, and they estimated that hl3 would 10 yrs to make so instead they just deciding to make tiny bits of it and sell it as episodes

My favourite part in this video is when Dog jumps to the Strider in slow motion. But in Episode Two my favourite part was when G-man says: "Prepare for unforeseen consenquenses!" and a reason from many why I LOVE Half Life is that the story is related. Like in Half Life Barney says "Catch me later I'll buy you a beer" and in Half Life 2 he says "About that beer I own" and other phrases. I got to say that this game can't be copied and this was, is and will be the best game in the world, for sure.

of course episode 3 will come in 2009 because if episode 2 trailer came in 2006. when valve were making half life 2 they had to make source engine and every single thing but in episodes they just make maps voice acting and special effects and couple new things like hunters. so it shouldn't take so long time. but half life 3 will not come in many many years

u can go straight to this version. playing halflife 1 would make u no more than 10% better at this game in the beggining :) but i reccomend you playing half life 2 episode one, because its awesome :)
