Reasonable people want to know what turned 90,000 tons of concrete into a fine powder that we all saw spread through lower Manhattan in a thick, pyroclastic-like cloud, which is indicative of a controlled demolition.
First responders said there were no large pieces of concrete at ground zero as one would expect in a so-called “gravity collapse”.

According to aerial thermographic scans, the temps in the debris piles were hot enough to melt aluminum & other metals, but not steel. While the buildings stood, the fires didn't melt the steel either, although they certainly WEAKENED it. Exterior steel columns on the fire floors of the twin towers were observed to buckle & distort.
What melted the tons of steel found in the debris pile? The fires weren't even hot enough to melt aluminum.

First responders said there were no large pieces of concrete at ground zero as one would expect in a so-called “gravity collapse”.

Why would anyone test for explosives if there's no indication any explosives were used? Oh, I know. Magical hush-a-boom explosives were used - silent, flash-free explosives that left no trace in the seismic record.
Legitimate, independent investigators found no evidence of any explosives. Claiming otherwise is pure bullshit. There are a handful of engineers - none with the requisite expertise or experience - that make ludicrous and contradictory claims about explosives. That's it.

For the second time, photos and video show observed by NIST reveal gradual distortion. NYPD helicopter crew reported seeing red hot beams. WTC 5 steel was distorted and no one says there was any inside job. Instead of trying to deny the buckling, which isn't all that unusual in fires, why not explain what might have caused it if it wasn't fire?
The fact that you cite NIST must mean you think they're credible enought to cite. Good!

No, helicopter crews reported about twins, not 5. Point about WTC 5 is that fire can and did cause steel to buckle, just like in the twins and 7. And it can happen quickly, as evidenced by cases in history.

Nope, NIST observed gradual buckling of exterior columns prior to collapse. That buckling only happened on the fire floors. What would have caused that buckling at that time?
McCormick Place steel collapsed as a result of fire even more quickly than the WTC steel.
Unprotected steel can and does weaken from fire, and it can happen relatively quickly. To think otherwise is to delude yourself.

NIST observed it in the photos and videos. They say so in the report and point out the sagging in photos. Looks like you haven't bothered to read the report before dismissing it. Typical.
Who said anything about a global collapse? I was referencing a case where fire weakened structural steel very quickly. That was the case with the steel at McCormick Place.
It's not uncommon for steel to weaken in fires. It can even happen relatively quickly.

Nope, no firefighters talked about any dynamtie damage in the basements, but there were jet fuel-ignited fireballs in the elevator shafts, including one in the 50A elevator in WTC 1 that blew up in the sub-basement. These blown out elevators reportedly smelled like kerosene. What do you suppose would cause that smell? Only 1 guy heard something that he "interpreted" as a countdown. It was on a Red Cross radio. So now the Red Cross is part of the conspiracy? This is fruitcakery, not evidence.

According to aerial thermographic scans, the temps in the debris piles were hot enough to melt aluminum & other metals, but not steel. While the buildings stood, the fires didn't melt the steel either, although they certainly WEAKENED it. Exterior steel columns on the fire floors of the twin towers were observed to buckle & distort.

However, since he has done no original analysis, all his screw-ups consist of repeating the screwed-up claims of others, such as David Ray Griffin, Steven Jones, and the guys who made Loose Change.
Only a tiny fraction of his talk has to do with his area of expertise (architecture), so it's no surprise he gets it wrong on demolitions, insurance, etc.

If you study 911 "Truth" Movement and conspiracy people for a while, you will realize they say "were winning" or " the world is waking up" or "youre losing" at regular intervals, for no reason whatsoever.
