your question is comlicated dude, i can agree with you that there is a difference in the way that they are flying, and the technique that the chopper pilot uses is more complicated then the technique that the airplane pilot uses, but, you should also consider the massive phisical effort that the airplane pilot feels while flying in such insane high speed (because of the g force) that's why they both are difficult to fly (im sorry if i have any spelling mistakes im from Israel-only on 8 grade)
