Ive fractured both of my wrists doing stupid things. Im only 24 but it hurts to do even regular push ups for a long time. Most exercises that require use of my wrists are hard to do long enough to make a difference. Any suggestions? Thanks
@pitbullfiend5 buy some handles or use dumbells as handles, see it that helps..wrist won't be at such an extreme angle atleast..if that doesn't cut it and you find you can't push any sort of weight, switch to dumbell flies to hit that chest.

Sup Scott, this probs isnt the best vid for this comment: what excercises would u recommend for someone with chondro malacia patella and a deformed knee cap (there isn't a groove causing it to wear the cartilage thus causes patella maltracking) in which it actually hurts to tense the quads (squats etc) because i can't do much on the lower body but still want bigger muscles... :/ thanks in advance! :)
