i've actually been natural for some time now but ive never dealt with my hair ive always had some type of weave ontop of my hair was one of the ways that i allowed my hair to fully become natural without haveing to deal with the perm growing out, so not since i want to wear my hair i dont know what to do with it im wnting to know what do you do to hair at night and after you was ive tried twisting dosent work any suggestions

my mom is now natural so I am helping her. I am just learning of the co wash. It makes so much sense. My mom doesn't have to do the big chop. She hasn't relaxed her hair since I can't remember. You have very beautiful hair. I wish my hair was that long when I did my big chop. It has grown a lot since I did it (July 17, 2010) but I had less than 2 inches on my head after it was cut off. I am just looking forward to seeing what it will look like a year from now. Also, you did your chop in November 2008, but did your first poo wash in March 2009, what did you do between November and March? Just regular washes? Thank you. Great video.

@danielle4269 I had relaxed my hair for years. My hair was very damage from it. So I cut all the relaxed damage off, in the Fall of 2008. That when my Natural hair jounrey began. Check out my NEW natural Channel, DeziNaturalHair.

I use Just Five Minutes to color my hair. It really covers grey nicely. You only leave it on your hair for 5minutes. i've used it for years...I love it!!
