Ookay, basically this is part of track 19. Track 19 on the Album 'Instant Vintage' has a kind of bonus track which seems to merge 3 cool songs together. Skyy, By and By and finishes with Gospeldelic. What we are hearing/viewing in this segment is actually By and By and not 'Skyy, Can you feel me'.
If you doubt me, just take a listen to your copy of the album...any excuse for a great listen!
