ive just turned 17 and have been doing uncompetitive body building for a couple of years, i weigh about 70-75kg and want to add more muscle wight on me. is this an appropriate protein powder to take or can you suggest something else?
@MrLotus93 For beginners, teenagers and anyone who is at a light weight an appropriate protein powder to gain mass would be the MAX'S Muscle Growth GTE. After going through a tub of the GTE I would recommend switching to this.
i have cytogainer but the 4 scoops thats instructed to take is very thick and i feel overbloated with water milk is even worse i cant allways finish it i have to force myself sometimes is this easy to drink? compaired to the cytogainer ill be taking 2-3scoops

@turbonbc Yes it is much easier to drink, every one of MAX'S powders goes down swimmingly and with great taste (milk is best for flavour)
