Only one of my friends knows how to play he/she/it, he almost never uses the rollout. It's really annoying to fight him. The rest just camp a ledge and spam the rollout while everyone else is fighting
I think yoshi's the most underrated with Jigglypuff being a close second, because yeah some people fear a good jigglypuff but whenever someone picks yoshi (me) at a tourney the other guy will always ask "are you sure?" So yeah I'd say yoshi takes home the gold and jigglypuff gets the silvermedal.

Jiggs has natural talent at going after opponents trying to recover.
It doesn't hurt that the guy playing as Jiggs knows what he's doing.
And...lack of Falcon Punch contributes to Falcon's defeat.
