The whalers weren't attacked with a ship boarding, they had a message delivered and tried to make a citizens arrest. The ICR found arrows in the wreckage of the Ady Gil. The SS likes to have their pilots buzz around really close to the Japanese ships to harass/intimidate them. The Japanese WERE attacked with a ship boarding - I've never heard of any concept of citizen's arrest in maritime or Japanese law. Sea Shepherd has tried the old board-illegally-claim-its-legal-and-present-a-written-note thing before. It's not legal and it's a cheap dramatic stunt done for the TV show.

Maybe the heli doesn't drop rotten butter because he's afraid of being shot down with water canons, not having a revoked license. Japan wouldn't have had to transport Potts & Giles. They were turned over to an Aussie government boat that could have taken them to port. It had nothing to do with transportation.

I think you missed the real story, that's not that terrorists wear masks but the "shooting" of Paul Watson.
1) Why, of 18 people on the rail, is the single person wearing body armor under their clothes the person "shot"?
2) Why is he never seen wearing body armor any other time but the one time he is "shot" (I guess body armor ATTRACKS bullets)?
3) Why is he so fortunitously wearing a badge, why ever, and why never before or since?

4) Why did this event get so little discussion? If I got shot, it would be in every conversation I had for at least the next month and not so quickly tossed away.
5) And finally, why is it in actual cases of people with body armor being shot, it is still very tramatic, with the person being knocked back and lots of bruising and yet nothing of the sort in this supposed "shooting"?

Maybe she's worried that she'd get exposed on the tv news, and then have trouble finding work. Japanese tv has a real "thing" for Japanese people working and existing among other nationalities. Not sure what that's about, but, she'd probably get attention, and her life could get difficult.

I think in the first or second episode of "whale wars" there was a guy who spoke Japanese. Well at first they warned the whalers to stop whaling in English but in a later episode when they needed help finding their missing boat they spoke Japanese. This lady volunteered after all that happened and don't remember her name but she didn't have her face covered in the begining. I like your videos, they are entertaining.
