After the way they've treated D2 fans, Activision/Blizzard doesn't deserve the sales for this game. D2 is still on the shelves and still selling, and they haven't fixed it after 10 years. It's ridiculous to expect customer to spend 50 dollars for a bug fix.

@udonggo I'd say theres a 99.9% chance that Diablo III will have lan capabilities built in, and if it doesn't theres always other programs like Hamachi

@udonggo I'd say theres a 100.0% chance of it being like SC2, they woldn't ever create such global ID system and not use it just for Diablo. Remeber, though, that this system does not PREVENT lan house gameplay, just make it completelly unecessary.
