Shes just trying to hard guys. She isn't used to singing live, Since she was in studio before she started doing music.

You can sing quieter in studio, so live it's harder for her. so cut her some slack.

Her guitarist is pretty sloppy live sometimes too.

this isn't her best performance, and i'm afraid she got to her place because of her looks and voice-acting. she is better off in a studio and not live on stage.

While I adore Hirano-san, people have to realize she isn't playing. Listen to the music from when the band begins to when she starts playing (at about ~0:09). When she begins "playing", no other guitar is added to the music. She looks like she's playing because she keeps looking down at her guitar, but it is pretty much because she wants to make sure her hands are matching the cord progression.

She sounds kinda crappy because she is simply over-doing it. Remember, she is new to Live...

I think the... odd vibrations in her voice are due to the fact that she's actually playing the lead guitar part AND trying to sing at the same time. ^^; I know I have a hard time playing Guitar Hero and singing, so I imagine that what she did in this is BILLIONS of times harder than that!

Notice her voice was shaky because she had to use the guitar at the same time while singing. Each time she moves her arm to play the guitar it rocks her whole body hence causing her voice to shake at the same rhythm. Try it yourself if you don't believe me. She wasn't nervous at all.
