From what I can gather, almost everything is sponsored. The mainstream media channels which influence the majority of topics of conversation and opinions of people are all owned by about 5 different corporate entities. Almost anytime "scientific" research gets done, it's biased. I find non-scientific anecdotal evidence to be far more revealing of reality. Sorry to use what became a David Wolfe quote but "You can try this diet at home". Be your own judge and you'll find the real truth.
OMG. This is the problem with my university. They showed "Food Inc." and almost got in trouble because it make the meat industry and companies look bad- the SAME ones that sponsor the university!!! And..... Im a nutrition major. Now I have to be concerned with what I am being TAUGHT because I know that the very industry that makes people sick is teaching ME to teach people. WTF! WTF? lol.
@Acerbusss Wrong boss. Judge by results vs theory. If nose breathing put more O2 into cells then I could run faster with a closed mouth vs an open mouth.
Look at Lance ride up the mountains. Look at HG running a sub 2:04 marathon. Breath like a goldfish if you want max oxygenation of the cells.
Dont listen to stoned yoga teachers my friend, they are sincere but sincerely wrong. :)
You hit it right on the head with the energy part. Before I was on this vegan lifestyle I would wake up feeling more tired than I did when I went to bed. Now, I use my 2 dogs as an excuse to go walking running or jogging at least 2 times a day just for recreation.

The way you get more oxygen to the cells is by strict nose breathing and breathing less. Mouth breathing will get less oxygen to your cells.

I like your philosophy towards life, man.
So I have some questions about the high carb diet you propose because I don't know much about it.
In past videos you recommend consuming basically double the recommended intake of calories per day to maintain your weight.
So won't I gain weight doing that, or are fruits digested in a particular way in the body that prevents weight gain from occurring.
Cheers, mate.

@TheKidTheMan1 Gain weight = either by building muscle or consuming fats..
Plus fruits are low in fat so you wouldn't need to worry
Fruits are digested at ease by the body, and you will find this to be very true as you continue 8/1/1..

@conker033 oh and there are other ways to gain "weight" such as water, salt, etc..
Important thing!: DON'T WORRY BOUT WEIGHT!

I hope one day someone sponsors a vegan study, not much profit in fruits and veggies.. but hey that is where the true gold really is

Before going to bed I take a deep breath and hold it in for a minute, then blow it all out. I find that this relaxes me.
