It's cool how well Neil Patrick Harris plays straight men. XD In "How I Met Your Mother" he's a total skirt-chaser, and in this he's the poor, sensitive rejected other man. :P Not saying that all gay men are feminine or anything...just that you'd wouldn't expect Harris is gay just from his acting.

In music, there's a form where you repeat the beginning theme exactly at the end. But because you've heard all the middle music, so varied and complicated, when you hear the theme at the end again, the same as the beginning, it means something different because of what you've "lived" through. It's enriched. Or it's made ironic. Or it becomes comforting instead of sentimental. Or you see that what you heard as sweet, is really foreboding because of what came after.
