"Normalem Dampfer' usually means the engine room air fire shutters are open, in a fire they close, the engine is also shut down by the controller

I think its a shipengine. The gear looks like it. I sail on a ship with a Wärtilä 6L64. 12900KW. It takes on 95% round about 1900l/h Heavy Fuel Oil. But the charge air pressure is amazing. =)
