Holy shit, this game has the easiest, most worthless achievements I've ever seen. You get 6 just for completing the tutorial! It's insultingly easy and repetitive too in case you're looking for a game with no challenge and you have a fetish for being reminded of your basic motor functions.
Assassin's Creed makes every Prince of Persia game look childish, especially this one.

I like the visual of the game, and it seems an interesting thing, but NEVER think on it as a PoP4, because it's NOT. It's just a separate Game from the Prince of Persia series. It looks a bit like final fantasy, but I like it.

this is, bar-none the most beautiful game on this gen. Nothing can come close to the art style and detail present on the world Ubi created. The sad part is that its pure eye-candy,not much else. No challenge and dumbed down combat...still worth it for sightseeing though, it will leave your jaw on the floor.
I actually liked this game and found it to be a rewarding experience. Some of the changes I didn't care for, like the decreased difficulty and the horrible combat system, but I thought the acrobatic stunts, awesome graphics, and the Prince's constant wisecracking made it worthwhile till the end.
i really enjoyed all the previous prince of persia games, and i was really looking forward to the new one when i first heard about it, but the moment i saw the trailer and found out about all of the horrible changes that had been made, i was more shocked than excited, i had expected the graphics to have been improved and not all that magic crap added. it used to be about skill and alot more, and more serious, now it has been ruined and the prince is not who he used to be,(could hav been awsome)
I love the graphics, but it's the same erverytime.. You have to fight some monsters, get the light things, elika has to scream :P and do it over and over again and again.

I want to name my daughter Elika. Its something different than the usual emily, abigail, alexandria and etcetra. oh yeah......this game wasn't that good, the fighting combo's were good though.
OK, just like they said in the review, they made oil drawings come alive... It's a nice idea, and it may be a nice game for a lot of ppl, but it doesn't make my style.
Just remember the content of the first one, and compare it with this one.
Remember the mixing between romance, drama and action...

PoP:08 was certainly very different from the rest.
I sold my PS3 version and bought Xbox 360's recently, I loved the game, graphics, music, it's all so soft and nice to play.

THEY RUINED IT.
The forgotten sands beats this hands down, the controls gameplay and upgrades were soooo much better in the other prince of persia's.
This is more like a stupid spin off - Keep the prince they way you had him!! THIS GAME SUCKS.

Why did they have to give the main character a North American accent? The game is supposed to be set in Persia but it never felt like it.
Even though I've got this game it's ok but the older PoP trilogy games were better.
