  • wolves are only demonized in western culture. in native american, japanese, ainu, and many other cultures like mine they are revered.

  • (part three) before the war killing her parents. It was an very useful thing. He says that she can live on his house now,and then, she asks:We will come here every day to look for my parents? He says:Every day. She never founds her parents. She doesn't know, that they are dead. Dead for being jews.

  • (part two) She says:I don't know. The woman shows the girl some pictures and tells her to see if the prefecture can help her. She goes to the prefecture,in poor state, and with an very low voice, ask to a man if he knows where is her mother and father. She looks at some pictures to see if her father/mother is there. She didn't see nothing. She got an haircut, because her hair was in poor condition. Then,an old guy recognizes the girl. That old guy She recognizes him too. He gave her an compass

  • I recommend you guys an movie, called "Surviving with wolves" (original "Survivre avec les loups"). Brussels,1942. An 7-year old girl loses her mother and father in the world war II. She is adopted by an family of wolves and learn to survive with them. She survive with the wolves for years. She eat dead animals with the wolves without complaint. In the year of 1945,she is back on the city of Brussels. She enters where is supposed to be her house. An woman asks:This is your house?

  • I wish i could try and live with wolves. But, you all know that wouldn't happen. *sigh*

  • Wolves Forever!

    Wolves in to the End!

  • i want wolfs to be my friends ,.,.,.i mean i know they r good,.,.

  • Not being funny, as much as I love wolves, at first if one tride to lick me like that, I'd shit myself lolol.

  • My teacher was roomates with jamie

  • When i gets older this is something i want to do. :D

  • This is why I wanna get a Siberian Husky for a pet...they remind me so much of actual wolves...

  • "This is a story that may never happen again." This is one of the most touching stories about wolves I have ever heard of. The people and the wolves are excellent "characters," even though everything that happened to them was real. The music fits the movie perfectly. It stays with you. Their story is unlike any other. It teaches us how much wolves are like us. Perhaps that is why we they strike fear in the hearts of some and wonder in the hearts of others.

  • Just love your vids!! Thank you for sharing these with us cannine lovers. They are awesome to see & watch going about their daily routines. Well done.

  • I'm trying to find a documentary where a guy filmed himself becoming close with a pack of wolves in the wild. I believe he was dropped off in the middle of canada/alaska and left for months or longer... he lived in like a tent or makeshift tent and maybe the wolves stole some of his supplies etc... but I'm pretty sure this documentary was done in 1980-1999 era...probably around 1994...anyone know

  • @eanhl2004 There is a book called Never Cry Wolf by Farley Mowat which is the documentary you're thinking of. There is a film based on the book, but it's a feature film, not a documentary.

  • I think I saw this on Discovery a few times. Very interesting.

  • It is one of my lifelong dreams to see untamed varg (wolves). They are so amazing!

  • i want to do that too :3

    sad i can't -_-

but, these two humans, do they speak Dutch??? because there stand Dutcher-creators... srry, my english sucks :'D

  • wolfs are awsome but im still more of a lion person lol

  • WOLVES ROCK! They are my favourite animals and i cannot just stop thinking of them.

  • back in the early 70's I studied with OWL(Ontario wolf league) and was surprised to know that when wolves mate , it is for their entire lives, They share their lives with relatives , like uncles, cousins, aunts, brothers, etc,. and visit each other just like humans do on special occasions, This is nothing new, Just google Farley Mowat

  • Fucking cougars ruining wolves lives! Go to hell cougars!!!!

  • Thanks for posting. I love wolves

  • Humans would do well to recreate the ways of our Ancestors which was akin to the social order of the wolves and elephants among other creatures who are still NATURAL and not programmed to reject their NATURAL instincts.

  • Are wolves really bloodthirsty savages?

  • @Sup750 haha good attempt at trolling

  • @sushanalone

No, seriously. Are they? Because I hear they're really shy creatures.

  • @Sup750 depends on your definition of "bloodthirsty savages".Blood thirsty: they are carnivores and hence have to kill. And savage doesnt apply to animals. They are very wary of humans but if befriended from a young age will form long lasting bonds with humans. see the doc "Man among wolves" of Shaun Ellis if its still up there on youtube. it gives a deep insight into wolf behaviour than this doc.peace

  • my hubby did the native animal spirit test with the hut and all.. and his animal turned out to be the grey wolf :)

  • Just got done with this moive, its said at the end, and I was born in 1990! They did this in my year...so they alive still? I wonder is Jamie and Jim...are?

  • Oh my gosh they are SO BEAUTIFUL..!!

  • Great video

  • That would be my dream to live with them i mean there the most beautiful animal on earth.

  • It never ceases to amaze me when people are surprised that wolves act like dogs. They are dogs. They are still the same species. Dogs are wolves. Wolves are dogs. K?

  • @rabbitwho There are a lot of difference between wolves and dogs. Dogs evolved from wolves but their personalities, strength, & chewing pressure is different. Where wolves are societial, and family oriented, most dogs are not.

  • They are lovely animals.. so dog-like and gorgeous. I wouldn't want to live with them though, as they are VERY dangerous. xD

  • Excellent Documentary on these Nashoba creatures!

  • I so, wish I could live with wolvs idk y, I just LOVE wolves

  • Sooo cool! Thanks fur uploading!

  • a man among wolves = way way way better than this

  • The wolf is just such a beautiful and incredibly animal, why would man want to hunt such a unique creature. It makes me sick how would the hunters like it if they were getting hunted. This is truthly 1 of earth's treasures let's hope these animals are here 4 quite sumtime.

  • Wolves are my favorite animals in the world they so loyal all for pack and pack for all!

  • beautiful animals very sad how cruil people kill these wonderful creatures

  • any man who has killed a wolf will be punished someday......

  • Every man that killed any wolf should b killed the most cruel way!!!!!

  • wolves are the most amazing animals. They have such a way of living. they r very beautiful creatures

  • awwww, Lakota and Kamots are soo cute!!!

  • This documentary is absolutely amazing:) I have both Living with Wolves and Wolves at Our Door and I watch it very often. There is only one thing that makes me sad - there are no subtitles for Living with Wolves and my family and friends can´t speak English. Does anybody know where to find and download subtitle for Living with Wolves? It doesn´t matter in what language it is written, I can translate it. Thank you very much and thank for this beautiful video:)

  • Wolves...they are wonderful-

  • I've been searching for this video for so long now as I saw it maybe ten years ago but forgot to write it down. Thank you so much pawneewolf for posting this superior video!! I'm going to but this dvd if it's available and I'm going to share this with my friends. Many thanks again!!

  • We yield to our neighbors,

    even our animal neighbors

    the same right as ourselves,

    to Inhabit this land.

    Sitting Bull

  • wolves are just sooo awesome and soo cute

  • aww the wolves are so cute!

  • those wolves are beautiful!

  • Meraviglioso e tanto appassionante..ma quanto abbiamo da imparare da queste creature??

  • wolves won't attack you if you show that you are submissive to them. They'll attack you if you are a threat to the pack and to the pups. The reason wolves are so dangerous is because of our stupid assumptions of them being monsters! We killed them, we still kill them, and many people want them gone. It's a sad thing...

  • so if i went into the woods to take pics of wolves and i kept a decent distance..but close enough,.they wouldnt attack me??

  • that was so no words can discribe that its amazing

  • When I'm old enough, I plan to venture out into wolf territory and capture footage of them. I'm an aspiring photographer and videographer and it's my dream to work for Nation Geographic. Can't waiiittt.

  • what magnificint creatures, who doesnt love wolves? just look how they live like a true family, no lies, no backstabbing

  • i remember when i saw this i think evryone should see this than they would uderstand the wolf better and more people would stop juging the wolf´s badly.

  • i love wolf..but i don't understand: why the man of documetary taked the little wolf to his home? why he doesn't left them with their mother? and why they trasported one of the wolf in another place?

and why the man want tio change the beatiful nature like he want?

if you love the nature...leave it as it is.

  • he did that stuff to learn about the wolves. They have to be studied so that people can be taught about them with movies like this; that will make people treat them better.

  • The pups were abonded at birth

  • actually soz ma bad thought this was wolfman haha

  • OMG I love this and I love wolves and want to go to alaska and other places and study wolves

  • i read a book about wolves and find some interesting information....wolves can follow prey for 600 km before they eat it

  • lol 1:11 is a wolf diaper change (or at least it looks like that). anyways, nice video! i read the book and ever since i've really enjoyed jim dutcher's movie.

  • yeah but these arnt dogs these guys were born to eat meat and get it on their own

  • i know this is pointless but i live in idaho, and love wolves. i think it would be awesome to have one but they belong in the wild.

  • i want to live in the wild with them

  • 1:40 oo so cute love to have 1 :P

  • I wish I could live with a pack of wolves!

  • @trogdor097 there would be no computer to post stupid comments on youtube

  • @trogdor097 I wish I could live with them too!

  • @AntoinetteAcosta I agree..but they stayed carful not to be mean and do the wrong thing...

  • @trogdor097 Until you get your leg bitten into and die of gangrene.

  • @trogdor097 what if they don't like you? you know they won't treat you above the alphas. unless they forever think you their babies

  • They are so majestic and powerful very loyal spirits, dedication of observing differences of life they are the woodland guardian spirits protecting and balance of others and their own. I love wolves please don't harm them at all they want to be peace of their nataure!!!!!!!!

  • Things are seldom as they seem on the big screen. I suggest you do a Google Search for "Jim Dutcher" and "Aipuyi" and specifically read the article from the Mountain Express.

  • Wow wonderful quality, you are amazing.

With nomoney its hard forme to purchase these dvds lately, thank you :)))

  • The wolves acepted those people and let them live with them for 6 years, why can't we give them a little space and let them be???

  • this was a really heart warming documentary ;-;

heart breaking some points, but its very good (least it was actually better than other recent ones o.o)
