@JerseyGirlEQ I remember reading something don't know if it's true, but after their 2nd album didn't do so well things started to die down for them and on a full scale US tour they didn't sell any merch now seeing as this is where most money go for bands as gig money normally covers gas and other bills etc they simply couldn't afford to continue and I think they felt under valued as they had all the material ready for album number 3 but no money to do it.
