SORTA. this is an extra special battle in outbreak, while you fight almsot ALL of the bosses in REO and REO2. The actual tyrant, Mr X, is a little slower than he is now. That tyrant is called tyrant C. It has horns (blah), a red coat, and is much faster... and annoying to fight alone.
