  • i miss my car :(

  • you never drove anything like this ever before

    chorus: EVER BEFORE

    lol so frickin cheesy!!!

  • i have seen the future,and i am pleased!

  • Ive been looking for this commercial for sometime I remember the first time I actually saw it. Brings back memories

  • All it's missing is the old Redneck Greenwood ground effects kit....LOL

  • This commercial is so 80's, but it makes me love my 89 vette even more then I do now.

  • I think the C4 is the best Corvette. I have a 1993 40th Anniversary Coupe. Every option you could think of including the active suspension... What a great car. New Corvettes are nothing like the old.

    1991+ C4s are my favorite.

  • Everyone despised the electronic dashboard. The C4 was the worst vette. Getting in and out was a nightmare. I liked the 1987 C4 . I wanted a blue one. They are very affordable today but be prepared to replace the electronic dash instrument modules.

  • @jvarela965 ahh had to do it once already on my 84 :P

  • Blaze the Cat owns a '84 Corvette.[In My Opinion]

  • 1984 - 1989 The best Corvette Ever. Chevrolet doesn't make them like they used to. That's too bad.

  • Chevy makes the corvette 100% better than back then, these days the vette has great performance and handling.

Actually the 80`s vette was a total flop...

  • And that's why they sold more of them then than any other generation per year?

  • I wasn't talking about the selling numbers, i was talking about the car alone.

Modern Corvettes are 100% better sports cars than those early C4-Corvettes. I know what im talking about because my in my family, we've had over six different corvettes from the C2 to the C5 Z06 that we now have, and i've driven and own many vette's and i know what kind of cars they are, and i've compared the to the C5 that my dad owns and to the C6 that i have test driven. GM has come long way from the 70's and 80's

  • hmm i wonder how much money chevy dropped for all those Tron esque graphics back then.

fantastic in a perfectly 80's way.

  • @Redgalaxy

You know what's actually a pretty weird coincidence? The guy who played Tron, Bruce Boxleitner, played another character (Lee Stetson from Scarecrow and Mrs. King) who drove a Corvette EXACTLY like this one.
