Hi! I was looking for a simple "starter kit" when I saw this set at a local Sephora store. I was intrigued when it said in the front that there is a Youtube video tutorial that I purchased this & the Green kit. I have been practicing since and am looking forward for that special occasion to show what I've learned!

Lately though, I noticed that the primers & liner seem to "sweat" and a bit oily on top that I have to wipe it off before using it. Is this normal? Is it still safe to use?
