  • i can plank

  • @gatorboy1444 I agree with the fact that 300 pounds was accomplished I'n my high school by a dozen students but 150kg is not 300 pounds it's 330 pounds . I don't know how much you bench but I personally put 380 so this is light to me too

  • my mates 15 and he can bench 120kg

  • OYST

  • awesome lift dude! but why in jeans:P?

  • i lift that with my dick

  • actually, this really isn't that much :/ guys at my gym lift that when warming up ^^

  • Good video...Can someone tell me how important diet is when benching...im 85kg and my max bench press is 115kg...im trying to get 125kg...i eat a very good diet, plenty of protein and carbs(play football also)..also how many times a week should i bench...i tend to do it 3 r 4 times ..i feel its a bit much but i just love benching...to try and get to 125kg should i just do benching 2times max per wk??

  • I can bench press 125 kg. and im a senior in highschool...

  • you are all tools

  • wear wrist wraps or you won't be able to hold a pen by the time your 40

  • very nice clean bench . good job

  • @desolationofsmaug to support your lower back so you have leverage to lift the bar if the guy needs help you have something to lean on

  • My weght is now 64 kilos, i make a beast diet, now in bench press i do 68 kilos in 5 reps with 68 kilos, i i try 1 rep.. maybe can do this... i dont use any drugs ;) , for my that is a progress

  • Stop putting this guy down. 150kg is not extreme, but its really, really good. Thanks to gatorboy for giving me a laugh when he said highschool kids do this all the time :P Noone in my highschool could do that...

  • lol myspace...

  • i know this fuckin lean freshman kid, who can do 2 reps of that, but he takes halo and creatine..

  • no roids sure

  • yo tengo 25 años y llevo desde los 18 yendo al gym, y lo maximo que he levantado ha sido unos 75 kilos, asi k levantar 150 kilos me parece una bestialidad, logicamente hablo de 150 kilos, no libras

  • stupid pomss

  • im sick of seeing everyone lie on youtube, no. no 16 year old can bench that. no most people cant bench that and whoever says they can bench that has to be alot older or actually lift weights properly, seriously sick of lying arseholes

  • @ToddwynTheGreat same man, i'm well impressed with 150kg, i could do 1 rep of 120kg after months of intense training and as soon as i stopped i dropped straight back to like 100kg. fuck it, fitness is more important anyway!

  • @scottishlad1987 i can only max out at 80kg and im fucking bigger than most people, it doesn't make sense. Yeah you're right, eeeeee people on youtube piss me right off haha

  • @ToddwynTheGreat you tall though? the taller you are the harder it is- more distance from the turning point (your shoulder) to the force (your elbow), means it requires more torque. 80kg is nothing to be ashamed of, even if most youtubers would say it is.

  • @ToddwynTheGreat mate you're only 17, no wonder you can only do 80kg, christ i could do less than that at your age. strength comes naturally at 21ish.

  • @scottishlad1987 well yeah i guess so just annoys me when weird 16 year olds can press what most men cant, ive gotta say i cant wait to be 21 then :P haha

  • i just came here cause i thought it was mike tyson

  • @funaronie me 2

  • It's only 330lbs. Really nothing to brag about, I was at that weight about 6 or 7 years ago.

  • lol at wtf accent

  • @desolationofsmaug so the guy who help don't fall on man who bench press :D :D

  • in 3...2...1... *JEANS RIP*!

  • it is wonderfull brotha.. keep thownin plates on thattt

  • If the bar isn't bending, your just pretending!

  • fuck you, you muslim dog

  • @aye11v racist

  • @aye11v racist prikk!

  • Good job bro! you remind me of Pauly D

  • pretty good for a guy this size

  • Clearly all love yourselves.

  • Good lift man, maxing on 150kg myself, makes me laugh with the "not much weight really" comments, i'm guessing your around the 90kg body weight so gettin inbetween twice/times and half your own weight., lets see the skinny little cripple's try and lift even a 100kg.....rah.

  • Fuck haters! Good job! =)

  • its all about what you bench x12 reps.

  • @whosthatafghan ... when you're a jealous wimp that benches 80 lbs, you're right

  • well done mate.......fuck the haters!....jealous cunts with nout else to do!!

  • any one saying this is light weight is a liar i know they dont go gym its 150kg its very good weights only real body builders push heavier so stop hating the average to push is your body weight so you fuckers that are 12 stones probably only push 76kilo 167 pounds then type shit behind thier computer stop hating it dont help u in the gym

  • The average guy benches like 70kg but on youtube everyone benches 150kg easily.. Get real...

  • its 330 pounds. i know the difference between kg and pounds. 330 pounds is NOT THAT MUCH. you arent hot shit. this isnt anything special. any gym rat can do this weight. fucking morons. you all must live around a bunch of pussies cuz where i live, and who i lift with, this isnt that much. many people can do it.

  • @gatorboy1444 im guessing where you live they do 200kg? or maybe even 300kg?

  • 150 is nothing and you train in jeans hahahha pffffff

  • tools at the gym. congratulations! im fresh out of high school and can bench more than this. this must be a good self esteem booster for you, coming on youtube and checking your comments.

  • its 150kg not 150 pounds douche

  • its 15kg not 150 pounds douche

  • hahaha Highschool Bench Press Record : 515 lbs. or 234kg. like i said, no big deal. but hey you're a hot shot right? no need to listen to me.

  • this isnt even that much? kids in highschool do this all the time.

  • @gatorboy1444 good luck with wat u just said its clear u have no idea wat ur talkin about kid

  • @ttyyssoonn2 i dont? Im not too sure where you live but in the U.S., this is slightly more than 330 pounds. Many kids can do this in highschool. im glad you are so self confident.

  • @ttyyssoonn2 the guy confused kilos with pounds. lol 150kg is 330lbs. That is a mad weight!

  • @ttyyssoonn2 well hes not really wrong, 150 its a great big bench yeh but there are plenty of highschool kids who can do this, im in high school n do 120 im not a big guy or nething neither and theres some big motherfuckers in high school these days

  • @ttyyssoonn2 hell no, clearly you don't know what you are talking about. It's heavy but not heavy enough to post on YouTube and act like a douchebag. There are about 15-20 guys at my gym pushing that for reps...

  • @ttyyssoonn2 actually what he said is pretty accurate kids in my high school on football teams and wrestling team would probably bench press this for reps, and no not all of them but there were some i know of at least 10 that would 1 RM this

  • @Newbpwng thank you. 300 pounds IS NOT a big deal. im glad for the guy and its a good mile marker but 300 isnt crazy heavy or anything

  • @ttyyssoonn2 he probably thinks it's pounds not kgs

  • Im a 15 years old boy, weight 60kg height 1,70cm i can do 80kg in bench-press

  • @gatorboy1444

yeah most kids do 150 kg benchpress.. (no, ur fucking retarded)

  • @Jaykaylayhayfay kids do where i come from. you guys must just be weak. its not uncommon to see a 150kg bench. not uncommon at all.

  • @gatorboy1444 lol peanuts.

  • @gatorboy1444 It's kg... not pounds

  • @gatorboy1444 I can see highschool students do 150 lbs, but not 150 kgs. They need Testosterone to do these kinds of lifts. I doubt you can get that much naturally under the age of 22. But if they did manage to get that Testosterone unnaturally, they are going to have problems with their wrists later in life.

Nice job Tyson, very impressive. I think these one time lifts are supposed to help strengthen type II b muscle fibers.

  • @gatorboy1444 bench lifting is heavy shit dude... i wanna see u do that ,,

  • @gatorboy1444 You do realize 150 kg is 330 lbs

  • @gatorboy1444 its in fucking kilograms not pounds...

  • @gatorboy1444

Average for later part of highschool is probably around 50 kg.

But that is of course counting the little guys.

  • @gatorboy1444 lol ok kid how much do you bench little skinny bitch

  • @Smokejr2 more than you. im not gonna talk shit over the internet though. im not a child.

  • @gatorboy1444 your thinking of pounds. Not kilograms.

  • @davehudgin4444 no im not. read below comments.

  • @gatorboy1444 How impressive a persons lift is dependant on their body weight to lift ratio. For a non competitive lifter i.e. someone who just likes to train, 1.5 times their body weight is a very good lift and considered strong. Not sure what his body weight is, but 150kgs is strong in anyones book.

Plus, I doubt some little fag who posts up vids of his high score on guitar hero can lift shit ha ha. You're clearly trolling and have succeeded in diverting the attention of this conversation.

  • @RoyFitz did i say he wasnt strong? no i didnt you bitch. and ive had my account

  • @RoyFitz did i say he wasnt strong? no. i said that 300lbs (150kg) wasnt that much weight. and no. its not strong in everyones book. its strong in some peoples book. not mine. and ive had my account for 4 years. of course i have shit from a long time ago.youre the one trolling. i simply stated my opinion and several CHILDREN have replied like little girls. you being one of them. my opinion is mine and mine alone. bringing up irrelevant information about my account is the real diversion.

  • @gatorboy1444 150kg is actually 330lbs haha :)

  • @gatorboy1444 unless you have downs syndrome or something, the only possible way you could think your right is if you mean they bench 150 pounds, which is nothing really. KG is 2.2 times as much as pounds

  • @BigPapaPump9 downs syndrome? come on man. DOWN syndrome. no s. its my opinion. you cant tell me my opinion is wrong. FROM MY EXPERIENCE, i cant talk for other people, this is not that much. if you think it is, im glad. thats your opinion.

  • @gatorboy1444 i meant from the kids in highschool do it all the time, that was bullshit and you know it. Unless you went to a bodybuilding highschool, even then only the strongest ones could. If you can do more good on ya, but its a fair bench and you should give him that at least

  • @gatorboy1444

You obviously don't make the difference between 150KG and 150LBS :D

  • @gatorboy1444 what do these kids eat for breakfast ?!?!

  • @gatorboy1444 150 pounds maybe, not kg.

  • @gatorboy1444 150 kg is a lot! It's actually 150 litres of water he got there.. That's a lot of bottles!

  • @gatorboy1444 330 lbs? kids in high school do that all the time? what high school??????? lmao

  • @gatorboy1444 -100kg

  • @gatorboy1444 shut the fuck up kid

  • @gatorboy1444 your a fucking idiot

  • @gatorboy1444 well not alot of high school kids do this , but yes there are a good bunch that do it

  • @gatorboy1444 fucking imbosail highschool? 16/17 british record benchpress is 137.5kg

  • @gatorboy1444 150 Kg is alot man....

  • its 4 if som1 is spotin you so they av got somthing to lean up on if u no wat i mean

  • Damn... you strong, boi!

  • Nice lift.

  • @ulemper :O!!!

  • nice gym,, where is this?

  • wow, well done. it would take a hell of a lot of training for me to do this.

  • I thought this was going to be Mike Tyson the boxer!

I wonder what he can bench press

  • I don't believe it, it's only 60-90 kg.

  • 150 is impressive for that size dickhead.

  • your not funny clown. but keep on working on your act.

  • How many pounds is 150 Kg?

  • type: 150 kilos to pounds in google

  • Its 142.5Kgs 6 * 20kgs plates and a 22.5kgs Olympic bar, Still good effort, Good lift

  • the bar is 20kg

the are six 20kg plates on the bar plus two 5kg plates if u add it to gever that makes 150kg

  • What is it with the bench press, lots of people are obsessed with it and never wanna try a squat or deadlift. I am more impressed when i see someone deadlift big weight.

  • the bench press is the lift that everyone, gym goers and non gym goers alike, know about. and it looks cooler than squattin. but im built for the deradlift so atm its the main feather in my cap

  • cheers mate thank you 4 makin these kids understand about weight training

  • deadlift and squats are best muscle stimulaters. BIG CONGRATS to this dude 150kg bench. cant beat the sensation after a deadlift max tho!

  • @bigliamb If someone calls himself Tyson I would be more impressed if he could fight instead of puching some iron. Every fool can do that if they train.

  • @bcibibcibcpCB Very True ;-)

  • @bcibibcibcpCB yeh, but not every fool trains as hard as this guy has, to get to where he is today. Fool.

  • @bigliamb im guilty of only bench pressing for 2 years.. lol. hated squat and DL. now that i started a program and got used to squating and DL and im actually doing more weight with them i love it. Squats solve all problems(:

  • @inVINCEable1992 Well done mate, Doing various compound lifts will give you a more balaced physique. Doing squats and deadlifts create more lactic acid (burn) so maybe thats why lots of gym goers avoid them, and if not done correctly can cause injury.

  • @bigliamb Thanks man, i started off really light for squat and DL to make sure i got used to the form and didnt hurt myslef. Only now am i starting to try and increase my lifts.

  • @bigliamb nothing is more imressive then a big bench press.not deadlift not squat.

  • @fcukyourmother I have trained for many years in different gyms in this country and others and i often see people who use the bench press to train there ego instead of there muscles. You hardly ever see the same thing with the deadlift/squat. Ask any serious gym goer and i bet they would agree.
