And if you wanna train serious to get serious result, concentrate on your diet, rest and then proper workout regimen, peace
I agree with you man comletely, slow controlled reps are better , the only way that guys is as big as he is is from his drug use, naturals wouldn't make good gains training that way they have to train heavy and controlled not heavy and sloppy
FREAKS!!! Seriously though, this is some of the best production of a bb film since PI. It is compelling for certain. If you know nothing of BB watch this. If you know BB watch this to get an idea of how to make a documentary.
Hopefully in the spring some time. I still have a day job and have to edit in my spare time, so it's taking a little longer than I'd like but I will get it done. We got a lot of great footage backstage at the Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh. I'm very excited about showing it to all of you.
