  • @0ggi What it means is that there is more than one means to an end and sometimes rules need to be broken. There are good reasons he does things the way he does. And it works. I'm just telling you that sometimes creativity is the key to success. There is no ONE RIGHT WAY to do anything. That is a limiting mindset.

  • It makes me laugh how none-pro's talk about form on youtube and forums all the time and always go mad at people if their form isnt how they think it should be, just daft. I dont think pro's dont care about form, obviously they care, but come on, its common sense, obviously you need good form for squats and exercises like that with extreem heavy weight, but when it comes to a bicep curl or something small you can get away with a big of swinging and a bit of cheating.

  • i train for endurance / strength and the longer life that ill live because of it...and it helps me look lean and sexy ;) lol.i work out at a golds gym and there are a bunch of body builders that work out there, i have so much respect for them. anyone that has a dream of any kind and does something to see that dream come true gets my respect.

I have one friend who is quite fond of doing partial reps on various chest exercises and he have big freaking pecs, Yet when he posted a video on youtube, everybody bashed him crazy :S Why do they complain if it obviously works? Dont get it?

  • Holy fuck this guy's form is terrible. Yea different rep speeds have their benefits and i'm by no means an advocate for text book form but he's hardly getting anything out of those movements with the form he's using

And if you wanna train serious to get serious result, concentrate on your diet, rest and then proper workout regimen, peace

  • I agree with you man comletely, slow controlled reps are better , the only way that guys is as big as he is is from his drug use, naturals wouldn't make good gains training that way they have to train heavy and controlled not heavy and sloppy
